Greg Ingram has over 15 years of experience leading programs that empower and strengthen youth and families in the St. Louis region. Mr. Ingram has worked with faith-based community and economic development organizations. Gregory Ingram has worked for social change and justice for over 20 years. He has provided services to St. Louis Regional Medical Center and Health Care U.S.A serving the community through family strengthening and social service programs. Mr. Ingram has collaborated with many faith-based organizations with capacity building, asset identification, and technical assistance. Mr. Ingram has a board experience in leadership, and communication. Over fifteen (15) years experience as a professional manager with executive experience supervising operations and supportive services. Gregory Ingram supervised Probate Records for over 10 years and managed a 3 year Grant project of the Civil War Records from 1800 -1865. He also managed general census records in St. Louis City Probate Division. Mr. Ingram has provided official records for federal, state, city and county on African American Genealogy particular project he reserved the archives of the Dred Scott case of Missouri. (He is a true Historian). Mr. Ingram also has provided social services assisting families and customer service experience providing professional guidance on real estate investment, purchases, and renovations of property. Gregory Ingram holds a degree in Communication and Media. He is a certified Healthy Marriage Educator/Administrator. Mr. Ingram is currently working and assisting with the judicial system in St. Louis City. He serves as a Deacon and member at Northside Seven Day Adventist Church. Robin IngramFounderFounder of Families United, Healthy Relationship Education Program. Robin Ingram has over 15 years of experience leading programs that empower and strengthen youth and families in the St. Louis region. She has extensive experience in providing education, managing and staff operations. In, 2006 Ms. Ingram convened the Healthy Families Initiative (HFI) workgroup, which resulted in the 2007 HFI Award. Mrs. Ingram has hosted ten annual Healthy Marriage/Healthy Relationship training conferences in St. Louis (2006-2017), attended three conferences in the Washington, D.C. area, and is well-prepared to continued providing education and leadership promoting Healthy Marriage/Relationship Education. Mrs. Ingram has over 20 years of corporate management and 10 years of nonprofit community development experience. For over 15 years she has conducted workshops and seminars on promoting strong “Healthy Family Relationships” and “Winning the Workplace Challenge” for faith-based, business, educational and community-based organizations. The Healthy Marriage/Relationship Education reached over 5,000 individuals in St. Louis Metropolitan area annually that receive an array of “integrated services for individuals and families.” Since 2006, she has managed $10.5 million in community based and federal grant projects. In this role, Mrs. Ingram was responsible for community outreach and managing community partners, recruitment of schools, program sites youth and adults; innovative program delivery methods; assisting with curriculum development and evaluation of the programs. Additionally, she was responsible for contract development and monitoring, database management and support, preparation of all grant-required applications and reports, budget oversight and facilitation of educational training. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and has a master’s degree in Management and Leadership. She is a certified Healthy Marriage Educator/Administrator. Mrs. Ingram also has more than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing and establishing community collaborations between local community, faith-based agencies, and schools throughout the St. Louis area. Mrs. Ingram has volunteered as a Family Life Coordinator for Northside Seven Day Adventist Church and serves as part of the Deaconess Ministry. Robin Loves the Lord and her Family.
